The Future of the Past – Shaping new visions for EU-research in digital preservation

May 4-5 2011, Luxembourg: Starting with a stock take of achievements and ongoing activities funded under the ICT programme, this two days event aims at providing a discussion forum for experts with the purpose to establish visions and strategic actions for the next five to ten years. This should provide input to the digital preservation research agenda within the next framework programme for EU-funded research (FP8, 2014-2020). The SCAPE Coordinator will present an overview of past digital preservation projects and initiate a discussion of the future research roadmap.
